Who we are

Beyond IT Support, LLC (“we”, “Beyond IT Support”) provides managed IT services. You can reach us at (888) 851-0237.

What we collect

  • What you tell us. Your name, company, email, phone number and what you need, when you call us, use the chat, book a conversation or send a message.
  • Calls. When you call our support line, an AI assistant may answer if no one else can. It asks for your name, your company and what is wrong, and we keep a record of the call and the ticket so we can help you. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. We tell you when a call is recorded.
  • The chat. What you type into the chat on this site is sent to a third-party AI provider so that it can answer you. Please do not enter passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
  • Analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to see which pages are used and which links are clicked. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.
  • Technical data. Like every website, our servers record your IP address, browser and the pages you request, for security and to keep the site running.

Why we use it

To answer you, to provide and improve our services, to keep our systems secure, to meet legal obligations, and, with your consent, to understand how the site is used. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run the site, the phone line, the chat and our support tools, under terms that limit how they use it, and where the law requires it.

Cookies

Analytics cookies are off unless you accept them in the banner. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser, which shows the banner again.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it for the reasons above, and as the law or a customer agreement requires. Then we delete or anonymise it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to stop using it for marketing. Call (888) 851-0237 and say what you need.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not aimed at children.
