AI-driven remote monitoring and management

Monitoring that fixes the problem, not just the ticket.

Most RMMs raise an alert and wait. Ours reads it, checks the machine, runs the saved fix and confirms it worked, and only brings in a person when it should.

What it watches

Fewer alerts, because the routine ones fix themselves.

We decided which problems deserve a ticket and which do not, per kind of machine. A server and a workstation are not treated alike.

Server services

A stopped Windows service set to start automatically is started once, then watched for 30 minutes.

Defender definitions

Out of date after an update was tried? A saved repair script runs, dry run first, and the ticket closes when it is current.

Security agents

A missing endpoint-security or remote-support agent is reinstalled first, and ticketed only if it is still missing 45 minutes later.

Disk space

Low disk space becomes a ticket, and safe, reversible clean-up is proposed with a number from the dry run.

Laptop batteries

A battery that Windows reports as failing, or that holds under 40% of its design capacity, becomes a ticket.

Rogue remote access

Any remote-access client that is not ours or yours is flagged, so nothing gets onto your machines unnoticed.

Watch a fix

From alert to closed ticket.

Pick a case and step through it. The approval step is yours to press.

Alert · laptop

A laptop's Defender definitions fall behind.

The monitoring check fires. Bob reads it, repairs it and closes the ticket. A person only steps in if the fix does not hold.

Press “Watch it work” to see each step, in order.

Illustrative walk-through. Names, times and machines are made up; the order of steps and the approval gate are how it really works.

Safe to hand to an agent

The rules every fix follows.

Handing work to an AI only makes sense if it cannot do damage. These rules are built in, not promised.

FIX RULESapply to every action
Dry run
Every fix is previewed before it is run for real.
Approval
Anything risky waits for a person. Routine fixes run on their own only after people have approved them consistently.
Deletion
Never. Fixes can stop, start and repair; they do not delete customer data.
Noise
A warranty notice is never an alert. Workstations only raise the problems that matter.
Record
Every action, who or what ran it and the result, is logged and put on the ticket.
Hand-off
If a fix does not hold, a technician gets the ticket with everything Bob found and tried.
New fixes start in propose mode and graduate only when people approve them consistently.
