Onsite support
Someone on site when it needs hands, anywhere in the country.
Most problems are fixed remotely, often before you notice. When something needs a person in the room, we send one. We have offices in Florida, Colorado, Connecticut and Georgia, and can put someone on site anywhere in the country.

What it covers
The jobs that need a person in the room.
Remote tools do a great deal. These are the things they cannot do, and what we send a person for.
Hardware swaps and repairs
A failed computer, printer, drive or power supply, replaced or repaired by someone standing next to it.
New computers and desks
A new starter's computer set up and put on their desk, working, with their accounts ready.
Network and Wi-Fi equipment
Switches, access points and firewalls installed, replaced or moved, and added to the network map.
Moves and new offices
A move to a new space, or a second location, planned so people can work the next morning.
A look at what remote tools cannot see
Cabling, closets, the back of the rack, the device nobody remembers. Found, labelled and recorded.
Hands for our remote team
When a technician working remotely needs a person at the machine, we send one, with the ticket and what was already tried.
Why it works
A visit that is short, prepared and recorded.
Remote first, so fewer trips
Most problems are fixed without a visit. When a trip is the right answer, we say so plainly.
The right person
Near our offices, a technician from our office comes to you. Anywhere else, we find an onsite technician near you, give them a scope of work and manage them from the moment the ticket is accepted until it is closed. Most of the work is done by us; they are our hands on site.
The ticket travels with them
The technician arrives knowing the history, the device and what has already been tried.
Recorded when it is done
What was done and the time spent go on the ticket, and the device records are updated.
How a visit comes together
From your request to a recorded visit.
You ask
By phone, email or ticket. A request for a visit starts as a ticket like any other.
Remote first
A technician tries to solve it remotely, because that is faster for you.
A visit is arranged
If it needs hands, a person confirms the visit with you. We do not promise an arrival time or a price here.
On site
The technician arrives with the ticket history, the device records and what was tried.
Recorded
What was done, the time and any changes to your devices are written on the ticket.
Part of one service
The same team, remote or in the room.
Onsite visits start from the help desk, so the person who arrives has the ticket in hand. Planning new equipment? See procurement and hardware, or find where we work.
