Agentic AI development

AI agents that do the work, built so you can trust them.

We run Beyond IT Support on a team of AI agents. Now we build them for other businesses: agents that read, decide and act inside your tools, with a person approving anything that matters.

Illustrative. This is how a new agent starts out; names and amounts are made up.

What makes it different

Not a demo. The same way we run our own company.

Our own team of agents works tickets, answers phones and handles accounts payable every day. What we build for you follows the same rules.

A chatbot answers. An agent acts.

An agent reads your email, checks your systems and does the next step, such as entering a bill, booking a visit or setting up an account.

Built to be trusted

Every action an agent can take is a named, logged capability. Anything that changes something waits for approval, runs as a dry run first and is never allowed to delete.

Earns its freedom

Agents start by proposing. When people keep approving the same action, a person can promote it to run on its own. You can see where each one stands.

Works in your tools

Ticketing, Microsoft 365, accounting, phones and calendars. Agents use the same systems your people do, with their own limited access.

Watch an agent work

Three agents, step by step.

Pick one and press the button. The approval step is yours to press.

New email · inbox

A supplier invoice arrives in a shared inbox.

The agent reads it, matches the vendor and the amounts, and prepares the bill. A person approves until the agent has earned more trust.

Press “Watch it work” to see each step, in order.

Illustrative walk-through. Names, times and machines are made up; the order of steps and the approval gate are how it really works.

What we build

Agents for the work nobody wants more of.

Back-office agents

Supplier invoices, bill entry, expense matching, month-end checklists. The agent prepares, a person approves.

Front-door agents

Phone and web intake: answer, qualify, book and hand the team a clean summary.

Operations agents

Ticket triage, monitoring follow-up, onboarding and offboarding, reporting that writes itself.

Knowledge agents

Answers from your own documents and procedures, with the source, so a new hire is useful on day one.

Teams of agents

Several agents with separate jobs that hand work to each other, the way a team does, under one set of rules.

Your own workflow

Tell us the task that eats someone's week. We will say plainly whether an agent can do it, and how much of it.

How trust is earned

Start by proposing. Earn the right to act.

This is the ladder every agent we build climbs, one action at a time.

Example: Bob drafts a customer update and an approval card appears. Nothing goes out until someone presses Approve.

How a project runs

Small first. Proven before it grows.

  1. Map one workflow

We watch how the work is done today: who does it, what they read, what they decide, what goes wrong.

  2. Build a thin slice

One small piece, in propose mode. The agent does the work up to the change and shows what it would do.

  3. Measure approvals

People approve, edit or decline. Declines teach the agent. We track how often it gets it right as it stands.

  4. Promote what has earned it

An action that is approved consistently can be allowed to run alone. A person makes that decision, one action at a time.

  5. Hand it over

You keep a record of everything it did, a switch to pause it and a way to put changes back.
